  1. No. As much as I liked this one, it was a riff on Jack Williamson’s Terreforming Earth, which co-won the John W. Campbell Award in 2002. Too, the flyleaf’s revealed the final act, which was a letdown.
    Really wish “The Medusa Chronicles” by Baxter and Reynolds was on the ballot. They should win.
