  1. I’ve got to give it to Uncanny for a really high quality year of stories, although I do feel a bit unfair to Strange Horizons in doing so.
    After that I’d say BCS, who publish a narrower range of stories but with good consistency – I tend to read individual stories rather than take them in as coherent issues though.
